Bloomeasy AI LLP (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your digital privacy. This Privacy Policy details how FreeInFive (the “Application”) interacts with data on your device, what limited information we collect, and why we maintain an explicit local-first privacy approach.
By using the Application, you consent to the data collection and processing methods outlined in this policy.
1. Information We Do Not Collect (Local-First Architecture)
Our operational philosophy is built around data minimization. FreeInFive is engineered to process sensitive behavioral and physical interaction datasets directly on your hardware device without sending it to the cloud.
1.1 Camera Data (Earn Scroll Interventions)
To validate micro-exercises like push-ups or arm raises, the Application utilizes on-device computer vision algorithms via your device’s front-facing camera.
- Absolute Edge Processing: The camera feed is processed locally and in real-time on your device’s chip.
- No Storage or Transmission: We do not record, snapshot, cache, store, or upload video frames, biometric models, or image data. The video feed remains completely invisible to our servers and is immediately destroyed out of system memory the millisecond your exercise session terminates.
1.2 App Usage and Screen Time Tracking
To enforce your customized “Soft” and “Hard” focus blocks, the Application interfaces with system accessibility layers and usage stats managers on Android. On iOS, the Application instead uses Apple’s Family Controls, Device Activity, and Managed Settings frameworks to monitor usage of the apps you select and apply your limits and app shields. This processing happens entirely on-device, and FreeInFive cannot see the content of those apps.
- Scope of Visibility: The Application registers app launching events (e.g., opening an integrated social media platform) to execute intercept triggers.
- No Content Surveillance: We do not read, log, or inspect the data inside those monitored applications. We do not track what you text, search histories, content feeds, or consumer interactions.
- Zero Tracking: This operational data remains strictly on your local device operating system and is never transmitted to our backend infrastructure.
1.3 Notifications (Optional, iOS)
On iOS, FreeInFive may request permission to send notifications, used only to deliver soft-limit reminder nudges. This permission is optional, requires your explicit consent, and the Application remains fully functional if you decline it.
2. Information We Explicitly Collect and Process
We only collect minimal technical data necessary to maintain core server functions, account verification, and licensing logic.
2.1 Account and Profile Registration
If you build an authenticated user account, we store:
- Your email address.
- Basic profile configuration data (e.g., system username).
2.2 Payment Information
When you purchase a Premium tiered plan, the entire transaction is managed via Apple’s In-App Purchase framework or Google Play’s Billing Library.
- No Financial Storage: Bloomeasy AI LLP never views or holds your debit/credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or operational billing credentials.
- Transaction Tokens: We only collect an anonymous cryptographic purchase token and receipt status from Apple/Google to validate whether your account is authorized to unlock premium application states.
2.3 Diagnostics and Performance Data
We may automatically aggregate anonymous technical metadata to maintain stability, including:
- Device hardware model and OS version.
- App crash logs and performance indicators.
This dataset is stripped of individual identifiers and is used solely for ongoing debugging.
3. Purpose of Processing Data
We use the restricted information we collect to:
- Validate account creation and authenticate premium subscription tier states.
- Provide user support and respond to incoming technical queries.
- Optimize app performance, fix errors, and improve machine learning algorithms running locally on your device.
4. Third-Party Services and SDKs
We do not sell, trade, or distribute your private data to marketing brokers or ad networks. We limit third-party software integration to vital cloud infrastructure components:
- Firebase (Google Cloud IAM): Used to safely govern secure account login authentication databases and sync basic premium account flags.
- Apple StoreKit & Google Play Billing: Used to safely parse, verify, and maintain secure premium monetization status.
5. Data Security and Retention
We deploy industry-standard cryptographic practices to safeguard the limited data stored on our servers. Your profile information is retained for as long as your account remains active. If you elect to drop your account profile, you can initiate a permanent deletion request directly within the Application’s settings profile tab, which wipes all corresponding data from our production storage blocks within 30 days.
6. Global Privacy Rights (Including EU/GDPR & Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act)
Depending on your geographical location, you maintain distinct legal safeguards over your personal data:
- The Right to Access: You may request a complete summary of any personal info we hold on our servers.
- The Right to Rectification: You can modify or update incomplete or inaccurate metadata fields.
- The Right to Erasure: You may demand the complete deletion of your records from our cloud database.

7. Children’s Privacy
FreeInFive is intended for adults. The Application is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not use the Application or submit any personal information to us. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information from our records promptly. 8. Updates to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the framework right to update this policy to align with platform policy adjustments or shifting data regulations. When material modifications take place, we will alter the “Last Updated” marker at the top of this document and notify users directly via clear in-app popups or web banners.
